We very recently bought a car from Autosphere Group Limited and dealt exclusively with both Viren and Rupesh. Both delivered an exceptional level of customer service throughout our experience, to which we are extremely appreciative and grateful. Both Viren and Rupesh were attentive and professional from start to finish and made the whole process enjoyable (this is far from the usual case when dealing with most car dealers from our experience). We were met by two charming gentlemen who asssred us that there was no pressure to buy, they were there to answer any questions, show us whatever we wanted to see, take us for a test drive, one of us driving, and help in any way they could, but we were under no pressure to make a decision that day. They lived up to their word, showed us everything we asked, answered all questions totally honestly and directed me on a short drive, which totally sold the car to me. It was a dream to drive and, although 2009 vintage, was spotless inside and out, including the engine. They even stopped me at a nearby airfield where facilities for Ladies were nicer than they could provide at their base! The sale was agreed, we paid a deposit, paperwork dealt with, and they delivered the car to our home 50+ miles away the following Friday, still spotless and with 70+ miles worth of petrol in the tank. The paperwork was concluded quickly. The service was friendly, unobtrusive but charming. I have had quite a number of cars in my 50+ years of driving but this was the most enjoyable experience of buying a car that I have ever had. They could not have been nicer, or more truly "gentlemen". I would recommend anyone to contact them for perfect service and excellent vehicles.
