WHAT IF I AM NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIR ON MY VEHICLE?
 
It is highly unlikely event our job does not meet your satisfaction we would take the vehicle back to our body shop and rectify the problem. We would provide you with a courtesy car if required*. This has never happened as of yet as every job is done to the highest standard and checked by quality control before leaving our workshop.
*Courtesy cars are subject to availability
 
SHOULD I PAY FOR AN ACCIDENT REPAIR MYSELF OR LET MY INSURANCE COMPANY HANDLE IT?

Due to rising insurance costs, more and more people are paying for minor accident repairs themselves. For us it’s about protecting your no claims bonus and your premium each year. Very often it is better for you if you choose not to go through your insurance so as a company we have extremely competitive prices and run body repair offers on a regular basis.
 
CAN YOU MATCH THE PAINT COLOUR EXACTLY?

Yes, we take great pride and time in our work. We make every effort to match the paint to the current body colour. We have the latest technology available and many years of experience. This gives us all the tools to giving you the best quality finish possible.

CAN I GET AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE OR BY EMAIL?

It is almost impossible to give an estimate over the phone. Ideally we can only provide an accurate estimate by actually seeing your vehicle. But we understand this is not always possible. You can send us a web enquiry requesting an estimate via our website. For us to reply with an estimate via a web enquiry pictures of the damage must be included.
 
 
ESTIMATE AND CLAIMS PROCESS

HOW DO I GET AN ESTIMATE PRIOR TO THE REPAIRS BEING CARRIED OUT?

We can provide a free detailed estimate with no obligation. However if the car is not roadworthy we can come to you by appointment.
 
I’M WORRIED HOW MUCH THE REPAIRS WILL COST. IT IS EXPENSIVE?

If we are undertaking work for yourself we will endeavour when every possible to repair panels / items rather than just fitting new parts if it is cheaper to do so.
 
WILL YOU TELL ME THE COST BEFOREHAND?

We always estimate the cost of every repair before we undertake any job. If you are paying the bill we will make sure that you are given an accurate estimate beforehand. On rare occasions there can be supplementary costs, we will inform you asap should this situation arise regarding your vehicle repairs.
 
 
REPAIR BOOKING AND PROGRESSION
 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE YOU CAN START WORK ON MY VEHICLE?

We will carry out repairs as soon as we have authorisation from yourself (if you are paying for the repairs). If it is an insurance repair, we will start repairs as soon as we have authorisation from you’re the insurer.
 
HOW LONG WILL THE REPAIRS TO MY VEHICLE TAKE?

We will be in touch to advise you of the date we expect the repairs to be completed. This date is subject to change during the repair process if parts are delayed (supply issue) or additional parts are required. There are also many other factors that can affect the completion date of your vehicle repairs. You will be kept fully informed should there be any changes to the completion date.
 
WILL YOU CARRY OUT ALL THE REPAIRS ESTIMATED?

We will normally carry out all the repairs on the estimate we have issued you with. Though insurance claims are subject to change and your insurance companies approval.
 
 
PAYMENT PROCESS AND AFTER SALES GUARANTEE 
 
HOW LONG DO WE GUARANTEE REPAIRS FOR?

All our paintwork is guaranteed for 12 months. (Ask for further details.)
 
HOW CAN I PAY?

By cash or by any UK major credit/debit card. If you are a corporate customer who wishes to open an account please contact us for further details.
